Experts affirm that “pandemic exhaustion” causes low risk perception in Cuba

The national director of Epidemiology of the Cuban Ministry of Public Health, Dr. Francisco Durán, said this Tuesday that despite the educational messages, measures and actions that have been established in the country, the perception of risk is not good, with an average of more than a thousand cases per day in April.
